    Terms and Conditions

    Welcome to PropLK (the “Platform”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

    1. Use of the Platform

    PropLK operates as a map-based marketplace connecting property owners (“Owners”) with renters and buyers (“Users”). We provide tools for listing properties, viewing on interactive maps, and direct contact between parties. PropLK does not own, rent, sell, or manage properties and is not a party to any rental, sale, or transaction agreements.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts. Services are available only in Sri Lanka unless otherwise specified.

    3. User Accounts

    • Registration requires accurate information; you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account.
    • Owners listing properties must provide truthful details (location, price, photos). Listings may be moderated or removed for violations.

    4. Listings and Content

    • Owners grant PropLK a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display listings on maps and promote the Platform.
    • Prohibited content: Misleading info, illegal activities, discriminatory listings, or spam.
    • We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or delete listings without notice.

    5. Transactions and Liability

    • All deals occur directly between Users and Owners. PropLK facilitates connections but assumes no responsibility for agreements, payments, disputes, property condition, or damages.
    • Use at your own risk; verify details independently.

    6. Fees and Payments

    • Basic listings are free; premium features (e.g., featured pins, priority visibility) may incur fees outlined during signup.
    • No transaction fees currently apply.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All Platform design, logos, and code are owned by PropLK. User content remains yours, subject to our license above.

    8. User Conduct

    • No harassment, fraud, or illegal use.
    • Respect privacy; do not misuse contact details.

    9. Disclaimers

    Services provided “as is.” PropLK disclaims warranties for accuracy, availability, or results. Not liable for indirect damages.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend accounts for violations. You may stop using Services anytime.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Sri Lankan law. Disputes resolved in Colombo courts.

    12. Changes

    We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
